A/c serviceNothingNo, I would not recommend this product/service.Patrick Prosper is very UNPROFESSIONAL. He was called to provide service and upon a follow up call to confirm, I expressed to him that we had found some else in short order and forgot to call him, he proceeded to hang up in my face. I will NEVER solicit his services again. As a professional, he should�ve understood that a six hour wait to receive AC service in New Orleans in June is a stretch especially if one works from home

Added refrigerant and sealantNothingNo, I would not recommend this product/service.He assured me that he was certain that using a sealant would fix Freon leak, the repair lasted one day. His reason was someone came in the night and stole the Freon. Another contractor found the leak in 5 minutes. Prosper refused to give any type of refund.

Yes, I would recommend this product/service.I came home to my house being hot and I was afraid that my AC was broken. I believe it was after hours when I called Proper�s AC, I was afraid that he was going to tell me what all the other places I called told me and that was �I won�t be able to come out tonight�. I expressed to Patrick that I am pregnant and my house is not, when I tell you Patrick wasted no time to get to my house. Unfortunately, he ended up having to come back the next day, but he came bright and early! He checked out everything and when he was done he came to me and explained what was going on and even showed me numbers that confirmed what he was saying. Not only was the service good, but you can clearly see that he cares about his customers.

Ac unitReliable and affordableYes, I would recommend this product/service.I rarely give comments or answer surveys about professional services and performance but I cannot resist making some statements about Prospers A/C. In New Orleans we have two seasons - Hot and Hotter! A few months ago, my AC system went out. Air was blowing from the ducts but it was warm air. The fan on the unit outside was not turning. And it was becoming hot inside. My wife gave me the number to Prospers AC (I don't know where or how she got the number because she never used this business before - but I am grateful she had it and smart enough not to question her). In a few minutes Mr. Prosper showed up, diagnosed the problem, obtained a part for the AC, and had us cool in no time. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago - a second AC unit went out and this time was unrepairable. The unit was over 10 years old so I was not totally surprised, but I was afraid of the "pinch in the wallet" this might cause. Mr. Prosper came and worked out a replacement unit for me for a name-brand unit, both inside the house and outside components, for a reasonable cost. In a couple of days the unit arrived, was installed and is working with a 10 year warranty. In today's society you cannot take honest and qualified professional services for granted. Prospers A/C is the real deal!
